I am originally from Hong Kong. I completed my Masters in UK and started working in Berlin in 2018. From there came experience to work with company like Lufthansa, Siemens, and Charité before I decided to move back to England.

I am involved in projects across a variety of industries. By collaborating with other professionals, we make impactful design decisions and create products’ functionality with measurable criteria. My responsibility is to understand their frustrations with existing products and explore possible design solutions to address them.

I specialise in guiding stakeholders through design thinking workshops, crafting product strategies and design direction for the team, and creating seamless user experiences for product’s functionalities. Additionally, I deliver lectures at Birmingham City University as an associate mentor.
